Condition and Some Assistance Work.
My kid has her Gymnastics show tomorrow so I had to go in today and get a quick one in while mixing todays and tomorrows workout. Iím technically on vacation still so I didnít care. Itís a deload week!
Prowler / Weighted Chin Super Set.
Prowler for 80 yards then Chins against a looped mini band anchored by a D.B on the floor for 8 reps.
I did this 4 times
Mini Band Pull ups
4 sets of 20
4 sets of 8 up to 65ís
I feel pretty good going into next week for some heavy lifting. I go back to the beach again Thursday till Sunday for work. Iíll be cramping in three days over just two. It will be a pain but life comes first.
