Delts and arms
Damn, another great shoulder and biceps day. It seems like arms and shoulders is the only thing I can still do kind of hard without an injury holding me back.
Military press: worked up to max single then backed it down to 80% for 3x5.
250lbs x 1
200lbs x 3 x 5
Rear delt dumbbell raises supersetted with band pull-a-parts: 4 x 20/12
Standing press behind neck on smith machine supersetted with dumbbell side raises. 4 x 10/10
Barbell curls: 100lbs x 100 reps (I did it in 9 sets)
