Warm up
Soft tissue work: Rumble roller, lacrosse ball, and Theracain.
Mobility Work: 10 movements of 1 set of 8 each
No static stretching today. Im going trying my warm up without it. I’ve been reading too many articles here on ELITEFTS LOL
Squat Sleeves and Belt
135 for 5 2 sets 225 for 5 315 for 3 405 for 3 510 for 6 Each rep was great depth wise and I felt very tight in the hole.

This was tough workout but I really enjoyed pushing it on the 6-8 rep sets. I’m testing well in all lifts and my squat technique is holding well for the higher rep sets. My weight is a tad high at 252 but I’m working on that. I did the "just Big" show last night with Rhodes and Vinny D. I had fun and was able to talk alot about the current state of powerlifting. I tried to be PC while still getting my points acrossed. I had a great time.
