Typical Ultra Low Carb/non training day for my backloading plan
5:30 wake
6:30 Coffee w/2 tbsp heavy cream
10:30 2 eggs, 4 oz steak, 5 fish oil, 1 scoop of protein powder
1:30 chicken stir fry, 2 tbsp nat pb, 1 scoop of protein powder
4:30 1 large soft taco made with carb control tortilla
7:30 2 large soft tacos made with carb control tortillas
10:00 1 scoop of protein powder, 5 fish oil
On the ULC days the focus is on net carbs which is the carbs minus the fiber. The carb control tortillas have only 8 net grams of carbs. They have really helped in my ULC choices.
