Cardio, Abs and Mobility
10 minutes at 3.0 speed at full incline
10 minutes at 3.5 flat
5 minutes at 3.0 down to 2.0
HR average was 115
This was a pretty casual walk and done for heart health, not fat loss. I hate these walks but with a second kid on the way and another daughter at that Im going to need to be around for a long time to be able to pay off two weddings and two college degrees.
I did 3 sets of 15 of the following
Sit up with 50lb D.B
Ab Crunch machine
10 movements of 8 reps each. Mostly for hips, thoracic spine, and shoulder.
I then stretched lightly for 5 minutes.
More of the same but always neccesary for PRs.
