Back and Biceps
Finally a Lat workout. I have missed the last two workouts and I was excited to get them in today.
Medium Grip Chins
1 Warm up set of 5
1 set of 16
1 set of 14
1 set of 12
1 set of 10
1 set of 8
1 set of 6
Standing Wide grip cable rows to the chest
4 sets of 15
I mimic my bench groove for these and the last two inches I squeeze extra slow. This gets that mid back area really well.
3 sets of 8
Im really looking forward to next weeks 531 days.
