Meadows Row using:
Core Blaster: Meadows Single Row Handle
Core Blaster: Dual Core Blaster
* 3 warm up sets with 3 quarters
* 1 set of 8 with 4 quarters
* 2 sets of 8 with 5 quarters
* 1 set of 8 with 6 quarters

MAG Pulldowns using:
Mag Close Grip Neutral
MAG Medium Grip Neutral
* Just started messing around with these and really like the way they feel.
* 1 warm up set and 3 work sets of 12 with each handle

* 4 sets 12

Chest Supported Rows with elitefts™ double mini pro band
* 2 warm up sets of 10
* 4 sets of 6

EFS Rickshaw Shrugs
* 4 sets 12

Professional 45 Degree Back Raise
* 1 set - 100 reps

BW is now back to 250.

I'm in the process of finally being able to delegate quit a bit of my workload. It's taken along time to get back to this point and I'm looking forward to focusing 100% on my main roles of the company. This also means you will begin to see my log come back to life as well as my activity on the QA.
