Todays training, nothing too exciting
My GOOD shoulder was feeling squirly for some reason.
Incline flyes: 65ís 4xfailure
Dumbbell curls: 4 x failure
Preacher machine curls: 4 drop sets till failure
Barbell reverse curls: 4 sets till failure
cardio: 40 mins elliptical
Pop pop Bob was playing around with that silly sling shot thing today, claiming he was using it for shoulder rehab. If anyone out there is reading this, please feel free to kick me squarely in the balls if you ever see me wearing one of those stupid things.
