Tuesday

20 minutes on airdyne
Softball roll pecs/shoulders
Foam roll upper and lower

Usually conditioning and recovery. As usual I felt pretty beat up on Tuesday morning. I hate the airdyne, but I think it helps loosen up my upper body moreso than the treadmill. I hate doing the airdyne every session, but I will keep it in at least once a week when my treadmill is finally repaired.
