This was a great workout. This cycle has started off great and I hope it keeps moving like this. I am sore as hell though from Tuesdays squat/pull workout. I love doing things like chains with my feet up. It allows you to get great work in with moderate weights. It saves your body some wear and tear. I must do my lats tomorrow!!!!!!
