Tuesday: Leg day

Still working on straightening things out with my knees. I actually have been doing some light front squats, nothing too deep, just onto a parrallel box.

Very light leg extensions: 4x20

Front squats:
50kgx15
70x10
80x10
90x10
50x20
50x20

Leg presses with added band tension: 4x20

More leg extensions: 4x20

GH Raise: 4x15 bodyweight

Standing abs: 4x6

Front neck raise: 5 sets
