Shoulders
Another delt workout. I hope I can get my lat workouts back on pace like I have my delts. I missed lats this weekend. Im not sure how. I had a work dinner event friday then saturday I volunteered at race for my wifes work then we went to a flower and jazz festival. I am not a fan of these festivals but my wife and kid love them and we have a agreement that if I go to these things I can eat whatever and whenever I want to. I think i spent 30 bucks or so on slushies On sunday I went to church and then did yard work. In between a couple cases of beer I forgot about my lat workout. I will hit some Lats tomorow after my squat and pull work then get back on schedule friday for Lats again.
Standing D.B side raise
10's for 8 20's for 8 30's for 8 40's for 8 50's for 8 60's for 8 70's for 8
Seated D.B Front raise all the way over head
25's for 12 35's for 12 45's for 12
bent over 1 arm d.b raises
25's for 8 50's for 8 65's for 8
Band treaction
1 sets of 30 seconds each shoulder.
I went home and hit the lacrosse ball for 3 sets of 10 seconds on each shoulder.
