Iced pecs/shoulders 20 minutes
Contrast shower
Damn, my shoulders are all banged up from those stupid overhead barbell reverse shrugs I did Friday night. Not sure if it's an injury or muscular pain from working an area that never really gets worked. Either way, that exercise is out. The only experimenting I will do from now on is with my wife.
