Softball roll pecs/shoulders
Foam roll upper and lower
Body is feeling great. I am really digging two days off of training in a row. If this is anything like last week my body will feel even better tomorrow. So far 4 days of training followed by 3 days of conditioning/recovery is paying off. I can't wait to see what lifting it yields on Friday.
