Thursday's Training. Delts and Bi's
Really nice training session today, me and the kid moved along at a good clip and banged this one out with a lot of intensity.
High pulls with added band tension. The bands really wanted to rip that bar back down, it’s tough to throw that bar through them. My traps were smoked after doing these.
Press behind neck:
10, 8, 5, 5, 5, 3, 15, 20
Dumbbell side raises super-setted with band pulls
Barbell curls (super fast pace)
90x14 (after that I was a shoe-in for the Mr Cockvein trophy)
Neck work: 8 sets
