Thursday's Training. Delts and Bi's
Really nice training session today, me and the kid moved along at a good clip and banged this one out with a lot of intensity.
High pulls with added band tension. The bands really wanted to rip that bar back down, itâ€™s tough to throw that bar through them. My traps were smoked after doing these.
Press behind neck:
10, 8, 5, 5, 5, 3, 15, 20
Dumbbell side raises super-setted with band pulls
Barbell curls (super fast pace)
90x14 (after that I was a shoe-in for the Mr Cockvein trophy)
Neck work: 8 sets
