I just saw this video on Youtube this morning. Hilarious commentary on equally hilarious "snatches". How come they are so strict and have rules when it comes to exercises they just made up a few weeks ago like "wall balls" and "toes to bar" but when it comes to a real lift that has been around for a hundred years, that has actual rules, they just do it any old fucking way without a care in the world?
