Great session. I'm pausing the DE work and really dialing form. Due to the 4th day in a row of work my upper back was really tight. I had to actually get off the bench and foam roll and stretch my bakc.
During training I'm choosing all my movements for purpose and am focusing on quality of work over quantitiy. Starting to feel confident in my program.
