I warmed up with 2 light sets of 20 on the Hammer Strength overhead press
Standing D. B side raise with a very slow tempo
10’s for 8 20’s for 8 30’s for 8 40’s for 8 50’s for 8
Seated D.B front raise with a very slow tempo
10’s for 8 20’s for 8 30’s for 8
Reverse Peck deck
3 heavy sets of 8 up to the stack
Seated machine overhead press
2 sets of 8 with the stack
DONE. Nothing fancy just some direct shoulder work to stay injury free. My shoulders feel super weak lately. Im hoping that by giving them a separate day I can put some solid focus into them.
