Warm up: None. I spent time on the phone before and at the beginning of the gym refinancing my mortgage. We are dropping our payment a few hundred bucks without loosing any equity but a few Gs. Pretty awesome but no time for warm ups. Life got into the way of warm ups. Oh well. We need money with another kid on the way. Damn Child Care!!!!!

Bench

135 for 5
185 for 5

275 for 5

I used start and pause commands on all sets.

Speed bench

275 for 3 sets of 3

Chain suspended Flies

3 sets of 10

Barbell tricep exts

135 for 3 sets of 10
