Friday training
We are having a meet here tomorrow at the gym, early weigh-ins were this morning so there was a lot of commotion in the gym while I was trying to train. Fellow EFSer Thomas Deeble is lifting tomorrow so he was hanging out watching my pathetic deadlift workout, I also got to weigh big, 405lb Shawn Lattimer on my platform scale. Tomorrow I’ll be getting up extra early to lug all the equipment in the gym out of the way so the spectators can see all the spotters, because lord knows you can’t see the actual lifters at one of these meets. But I’m looking forward to lots of people coming in tomorrow, chatting with old lifter buddies, hanging out, having a good time and people making many high dollar purchases while they are here. Cha Ching!

Hammer seated shrugs: 3x20
45 degree back raises with band resistance: 3x15
Standing abs: 4x10
