Thursday Training and a gym visit
Today I had an unexpected surprise when a couple came through the door wanting to buy a day pass and train. It turns out they are sightseeing around the U.S. from Australia and wanted to make sure they got themselves up to Philly so they could catch a workout at Iron Sport. We talked for a while and they told me all about how they are big EFS readers and read all of our logs. They asked me all kinds of questions like:
What is Dave Tate really like?
Is Jim Wendler really that intense?
Is Jo Jordan really a pervert?
Why is Clint Darden showing his ugly face on video?
How is Vinny still alive when it’s obvious his head is about to explode?
Is it true that Amy Wattles is your texty besty?
It’s pretty cool to think that not only did we build a pretty cool gym here but we created a vacation destination for people traveling through the hood.

Superset- upright rows with band pull-a-parts: 5x10/10
Dumbbell curls: 5 drop sets till failure
Barbell reverse curls: 5 sets till failure
