Conditioning, Abs, and Recovery



Treadmill 20 minutes

Five 30 second sprints at 12.0 speed in between six 3 minute walks at 2.0.

Abs

Cable Abs

3 sets of 15

Ab Machine

3 sets of 15

Mobility and stetching work for entire lower body. I spent about 10 minutes loosening my hips up with mobility work while stretching my hams, quads, glutes, groind, and back in between.

DONE
