Slight Decline Dumbbell Press
* 4 warm up sets
* 3 work sets of 8
Super Shoulder Saver Bar Incline
* 4 warm up sets
* 3 work sets of 6 - work up to heavy set of 6. The last 3 sets count as work sets. Last set was 265 pounds.
Bench Press with Chains
** more testing of EZ loaders. Also testing a new bodybuilding bar.
* Worked up to 135 and began adding 2 chains per side until we hit 10 chains per side. Each of these sets was for 5 reps. The last set was a strip set pulling 2 chains per side for 5 drops.
* 2 sets of 15
Rope Pushdowns with Extreme Fat Gripz (testing new gripz) super set with Manual Extensions
* 4 work sets 8-10 reps
Bodyfat testing: Same as last week - bodyweight 255. Both same as last week.
