Cardio, Assistance Work, and Recovery
Treadmill
25 minutes ranging from 3.0-6.0 No sprints just some light jogging here and there.
Lats
Wide Neutral Grip Pull down
2 warm up sets then 3 hard sets of 8 with the stack
Neutral Grip machine row/pulldown
3 sets of 15 with a moderate weight focusing on making it bizzzzurn.
Biceps
3 heavy sets of 8 on the curl machine. The handles rotated as you curled and I was able to peak my peak on LOL
I finished with a couple mobility sets and some light stretching. Motivation was pretty low today and I just did what I could while waiting for gymnastics to end for my kid. I def skimped on the recovery work but I was just bored today. I need to find a meet to train for. I hate being in the gy with out any purpose.
