Incline Curls with Extreme Fat Gripz (testing new product) * 2 warm up sets * 4 work sets of 10 reps
V-Bar Push Downs with Grip4orce Stiff * 2 warm up sets * 4 work sets of 10 reps
Super Set #2
Barbell Curl with Grip4orce * 2 warm up sets * 4 work sets of 8 reps
Seated Dips * 2 warm up sets * 4 work sets of 15
Superset #3

Diet Update
My weight has continued to go up (now at 256) from when I started to diet (250) while keeping my bodyfat at 9%. Mr. Meadows decided to not change anything different at this point and just let my body grow. The more muscle I can have at the start the better off I will be at the end. This is why you haven't see any new diet notes or cardio in the program.
