Yesterday: Legs = Hell
* Will post later. I'm off to train chest and then heading out of town for dinner and a Cavs game. Two months ago we picked up a dinner, game and hotel package for our staff at the Make A Wish Auction. I've never even watched a basketball game before 'TV or otherwise' except for my 7 year old's games. While I'm not looking forward to the drive and have no idea what to expect from the game it will be great to spend more time outside of work with some of the staff.
I will post yesterdays leg session and today's chest and tricep work sometime this week.
For now the leg work involved; seated leg curls, GHR, reverse band yoke bar squats, decline yoke bar squats, leg presses super set with extensions, and single leg curls.
We had it all going on; force reps, strip sets, partials, super sets, variable resistance, etc.
