Back Work
Chest Supported Row
6 sets of 8
3 warm up sets then 3 sets of 8 at the same weight. Each of the three work sets was heavy
Medium grip pull ups
3 sets of 10
I just got the 10th rep on the third set.
Shrugs
225 for 8
315 for 8
365 for 8
I like to let these hang as low as possible then squueze up. If I go heavier it misses the point for me.
DONE
I want to spend more time focusing on my back and today was the first workout. I hope to have one heavy day and one light day with just pullups or maybe some reverse band rows. Im not sure but it was nice to hit it hard and heavy.
