* 3 sets 20 - swings with head up

Machine Side Raise
* 3 sets 30

Med Ball Presses
*squeeze in and press up
3 sets to failure

Rear Delt Machine
* 4 sets 25

Leg Raises
* 3 sets 25

Ab Bench
* 3 sets 15
