Recovery Work

I went to the YMCA today and took advantage of all the recovery things they had.

I sat in the sauna, the steam room, the whirl pool, the cold pool, and the warm water pool. I went back and fourth between hot and cold for about 40 minutes. It was nice to just sit and focus on healing up. I might start training monay.
