I wasnt sure what to title this log as I did go into the gym but I essentially did did not do anything.

I unloaded my gym bag but that took all but 30 seconds as all I have now is a belt, wrist wraps, 2 pairs of shoes, and some knee sleeves.

I got into my singlet and did some sumo pulling with 135. I did 6 sets or so of 3-5 reps experimenting with foot placement. This lasted about 5 minutes. I think I will use a medium stance and see how that goes.

Now that I feel comfortable at a stable weight I will begin to focus on actually getting stronger. I am going to go back to a 531 type format but with speed work and some specific weakness addressing lifts like high boards and Romanian deadlifts.

Im going to take it easy this week then get back to training next week with light weights.
