Morning Rush Cardio
Warmup, Stretch, Foam Roll 10 Mins (My LEGGGGS are so sore this morning I could hardly lay down on the foam roller without crying. Thank you, Paused Squats!)

I have a lot to get done today; hopefully we will get in another solid workout tonight. SuperWattles has picked me out a StrongWoman Comp in June (which doesn't give me any time to train, but I can always roll down there and get a barometer of where I'm at) and Matt and I are seriously thinking about doing it. They will have a Car DL as one of the events, so how could I NOT go??
