Monday Training

15 minutes on eliptical to try to wake the hell up

Bench press:
275 (with 80lbs in bands)x2x3
295 (with 80lbs in bands)x2x3
315 (with 80lbs in bands)x1x3
315 (no bands)x1x9
275 (no bands)x1x11

Inverted rows: 20, 12, 11, 9

Wide grip pulldowns: 4x20

This is all I could do, I was exhausted. Three weeks ago I started on this bullshit blood pressure medication and I haven't felt so bad in my entire life. I never seem to fully wake up, in the afternoons I have fallen asleep while in mid sentance talking to people, I can't drive two miles without falling asleep. I already had the meds changed once so now i'm just throwing them all away. Fuck it, I'd seriously rather die of a heart attack than look like an idiot all day falling asleep at work.
