Hang high pulls:
worked up to 465x10x1 (second week doing these, I studied some youtube vids this past week and learned a few things about them. I definately improved since last week by my biggest problem is it takes me a million reps till I'm fully stretched out enough to where they feel comfortable. But despite all that, I really like doing them.)
Barbell shrugs: 495x4x10
Seated hammer shrugs: 3.5PPSx3x20 (every fifth rep was held at top for five seconds)
This week really did me in, my body feels pretty spent. I'm looking forward to two days of sitting in my comfy chair lapsing in and out of a series of whiskey enhanced naps.
