More recovery work......

So the meet is now only 2 full days away. I went to the gym to help spot and load. In between the guys lifts I hit the lacrosse ball over the place. Especially my hips. I did some mild mobility work as well for my thoracic spine. Nothing major. My body weight was 241 on the DOT this morning. I will stay tight and strict Today and tomorow and I hope to be 240 on meet day. My plan is to be able to drink a pint of water and have some fruit prior to weight ins. Im still keeping my fingers crossed.
Before bed last night I used the stick on my arms, lats, and legs. I love that thing.
