Press behind neck: 185lbs x 5x5

Dumbbell side raises: 45's x 4x20

Preacher curl machine: 4x15

Barbell reverse curls: 4x15

My partners hate all the high rep bodybuilding stuff I make them do. It doesn't bother me, because my body warehouses an extra quart of blood in my penis that I can call upon at any given time.
