Last one until the meet
So Im 4 days out from the meet and my weight was just over 242 today. I wanted to get one more workout in to stay loose and focused.
Light Treadmill
10 minutes at 3.0 No sprints
Pull ups
1 sets of 5 1 sets of 18 All time PR
Reverse peck deck
2 sets of 8
Hammer machine Curl
2 sets of 8
Leg Raises
2 sets of 15
In between sets I did my mobility work and alot of stretching.
Im going to foam roll with the rumble roller tonight then its mostly rest until sunday.
