BLOCK PULLS(I use two boxes that are built out of 4x4s. Approx height 8". 555x1 645x1
We stopped these because they take all of us out of our groove. We are going to start using reverse bands out of the power rack.
I also decided to start wearing my deadlift suit for my heavy sets. I have always just gone raw. Mainly because it is much easier, but just like all other gear, if you want to get good in it then you have to wear it.

I had to skip ABS due to some terrible gas. I'm pretty sure I have the FLU and I was just lucky to get my deads in.
