I mostly walked through the motions today for recovery purposes. I was 245 today after a weekend of binging. I actually ate an entire loaf of Italian bread on Friday in one sitting. I just like bread. I felt like a bad ass eating bread on a non lift day after that. On Saturday I took it to a new level pizza and candy wise. I was at my nephews Birthday at a bounce place. After climbing up 30 foot blow up slides and blow up obstacles for two hours I was hungry. Luckily My Brother In-law asked me to eat as much pizza as I could as he didn’t want to have to take any home. Not only did I do that I took a few candy bags that some other kids forgot when they left the party. It felt great being one of the dads that could actually play with his kid. When Laney was born my fat ass would have had a heart attack just looking at the slides. On Sunday I was honestly afraid to weight myself. When I stepped on the scale today and realized I was only 3 lbs away after a 3 day binge I was pretty happy. I’m hoping to get the bloat out from the weekend and then walk into the meet at 242 without water loading and any other cutting.
