I started the day by going to the warm water pool at the YMCA with my wife and kid and playing in the pool for an hour. This pool is great for mobililty and stretching. In between throwing my kid in the air and playing water monster daddy I was able to stretch just about everything.
After the pool I hit some work in the basement gym/storage room.

This is like half a face pull and half a row. This hits the upperback all over the place

Afterwards I stripped a dresser with a chemical peel then sanded for about an hour. My kids new big girl room is almost complete. I just need to paint the chalk board wall and finish this damn dresser and night stand.
