Solid workout. I was pleased to hit 495 on the light reverse band as it was good to feel 470 in my hands without it being straight weight. I would have liked to finish the 525 but it was a solid strain. I need to bench around 472 to hit my total goal so I hope this put me on my way for a PR bench at 242. I hit 462 at nationals In August for a new 242 USAPL National / American raw record. I hope to bump that up next weekend.
