5 treadmill sprints at 12.0 every 3 minutes with a slow 2.0 walk in between. I did 5 of these. I then walked for another 5 minutes.


Weighted Incline Sit ups

1 set of 15
4 sets of 15 with a 50lb D.B

leg Raises

4 sets of 15


10 movements for a set of 8 each followed by multipe stretches for the lower body and back.


My back is feeling solid with the running and wasnt hurting like it was the past few times. I hope to be over that little ding and onto some PR's April first.
