Another easy deload day for us today.
Back raises: 4x15
Standing abs: 3x10
My patella tendon on my "good" knee is so inflamed today. Squatting really didn't help any but I did it anyway. Like I said before, with all my past injuries I have ten valid reasons why I should never squat again, I never liked to squat, squatting never felt natural or comfortable for me. But I still force myself to do them. That is how much I believe in them.
