First day back on the backloading bandwagon. I took it easy for 10 days diet wise and its time to ramp back up for USAPL PA states on 3/31/12.
D.B Palms in Standing Press
7 Sets of 10 with 45 seconds rest
1 Arm D.B Side Raise
50's for 10
65's for 10
2 Arm side Raise
25's for 35
Minimal sets but a solid workout. Just the way I like it.
