Close V-handle pulldowns: 4x15 Inverted rows: 3x12 Dumbbell pullovers: 3x15
It has come to my attention that I do something I never realized when I eat. I 'double bite' everything. That is, instead of taking one petite bite and chew my food properly, I take two bull mastiff bites and pretty much continue talking with my mouth over-flowing with food.
