Conditioning, Mobility, Recovery, and Abs
I was supposed to sprint today but Ill be honest and say I was hungover and opted for a 20 minute walk at a 4.0 speed. I didnt have beer for 4-5 weeks prior to the meet and lets just say I just about catched up last night.
After the treadmill I hit 9 sets of abs with a variety of movements. Im cant recall the exact lifts but I remember working hard and drinking lots of water LOL.
I finished with my mobility work then went home and foam rolled for about 10 minutes. My hips flexors and psoais are super beat up now and Im paying alot of attention them.
I ate a tone of white rice with shrimp creole tonight for dinner and I felt like such a rebel as I didnt train today.....
