Bench Day
Today mirrored the squat day. Nothing too heavy but enough to feel something
Bench with Long Start command and pause with Weight Releasers
All Singles
135 with 50lbs of releaser 185 with 50lbs 225 with 50lbs 275 with 50lbs 315 with 50lbs 315 with 100lbs
Bench with 25's hanging with ELITEFTS mini bands off the bar
225 for 3 sets of 3 with pauses
D.B Front Raise
both arms at the same time all the over head
25's for 8 35's for 8 50's for 8
D.B Side Raise
25's for 2 sets of 25
Push Downs
3 sets of 15
Close grip bench
135 for 1 set of 30
I finsihed up with some stretching for the pecs and delts
DONE
I hope Im ready next week to get a hard workout in. Ill be icing and hitting the soft tissue work daily to ease that process.
