Shoulders day and new photo

The new collegiate rack is a huge hit with the lifters. Of course one uber douche member actually said to my morning guy that the last thing I need is another power rack and should buy more machines. This guy has obviously never been here at any other time of the day other than 5:00am. This gym is rocking and rolling all day and at night it's mayhem.

My two training partners have decided to enter a NASS strongman event in Maryland in May. Bob in the masters and Don will compete as a novice. So we threw a log lift into the shoulder training today . . . which I HATE! But I did it anyway, just not very hard.

Log clean and press:
200lbs x 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 reps

Standing behind neck press:
135x10
165x8
185x5
205x5
225x3
135x17

Cable side raises:
4x10

Seated rear delt raises:
4x10 drop sets

Iron Sport will be featured in Muscle and Fitness in a couple months so I wanted some nice pictures of the gym. My brother photo Joe is a big shot pro photographer and took this photo of the weightroom this morning using some sort of super secret multi exposure method. It's all very technical and he assured me it was way over my head and I wouldn't understand it if it tried to explain it to me. Now you see why I am always threatening to beat him over the head with his own tripod.

A face you can trust,
