Squat / Pull Day
Damnit.......Im training again for another meet. 2 meets in one month. That may be a first but im not 100% sure.
I warmed up with some foam rolling and mobility work.
ELITEFTS Yoke Bar Squat
85 for 5 185 for 3 2 sets
Added 140 lbs of chain
185 for 2 225 for 2 275 for 2
Ultra wide Sumo pulls with double over hand grip
315 for 2 365 for 2 405 for 2 425 for 2
Step Ups
2 sets of 8 with 135
I took today as a deload. The yoke bar squats were fun as my balance was way off from the meet. I almost fell a few times walking the weight out. We set the chain to swing at the top and only deload at near paralell. Then we dropped 2-3 inches below to deload them the rest of the way. No belt today either. I just didnt feel like putting it on. Ill cont to take it easy the rest of the week then Ill turn it up a hair next week.
