Just getting loose.....

Its been a few days since the meet and Im very suprised at how good I feel. Im sore of course but usually around this time I feel sick and crappy.

Fortunately that is not the case this time and I was eager to get back in the gym to tinker around. I didn t do much but I decided to do PA States March 31st so I had to get back in the gym to start getting my focus back.

RDL's

5 sets of 10 with 135

Shrugs

5 sets of 10 with 135

Over head Press

5 sets of 10 with 45

Squats

5 sets of 10 with 135

In between most sets I did traction work and stretching against ELITEFTS Bands.

I need to hop on the foam roller tonight.

My weight was 244 today after all out binging every day since friday afternoon.
Im going to start back loading today and focus on continuing the diet process. I would like to be able to comfortably live around 238 or so and be able to walk into any meet for 242.
