I wanted to give myself a break from deadlifting this week so I came up with this stupid workout.

Power-cleans: worked up to 125kgs just as a warm up.

Bent over rows:
80kgsx10
120x10
140x6
150x6
160x6
170x5
180x5

Inverted rows:
3 sets till failure

Chest supported rows
3 sets till failure

Hammer low rows:
3 sets till failure

Hammer high rows
3 sets till failure
